VIERTEL ZWEI Plus will also soon offer attractive alternatives to using your own car: Car-sharing and bikes are part of these discussions.

District management

Since development of the existing VIERTEL ZWEI began, working and living standards have supplemented each other in a unique way. The current expansion focuses even more closely on the people and their needs. Those who live or work here should enjoy life, discover new things and experience variety. Simply full of life.

Tailor-made offers and services provide assistance in all areas of life: from laundry and cleaning services to tyre changing to child care in the holidays. The district management team is available around the clock for information, the booking of attractive services and for day-to-day assistance.

Everything the heart desires

There is already a wide variety of cafés and restaurants based at VIERTEL ZWEI. Two KIWI (Kinder in Wien) company child care centres are located on the ground floor. These facilities are complemented by a tobacconist, a cash machine, a postal service and a copy shop, and there is a Spar supermarket round the corner. 

Plans are under way to expand these facilities to also include a second supermarket, a fitness studio, a dry cleaning service and much more, to offer people who live and work here a wide variety of services.
